Oh! Carol es una canción de 1958 escrita por Howard Greenfield y Neil Sedaka quien la interpretó en 1958 llegando a convertirse en uno de su mayores éxitos. El sencillo llego a las primeras posiciones en varios países y posteriormente fue incluida en el álbum Neil Sedaka Sings Little Devil and His Other Hits. No puedo evitarlo... me gusta mucho la música de los 50 en general y Neil Sedaka en particular. La canción ha tenido diversas versiones y en España se hizo muy conocida con la versión que hicieron en 1961 el Dúo Dinámico.

Es una de las canciones más conocidas del cantante estadounidense que la grabó en dos ocasiones, la primera en 1962 y la segunda en 1975 con arreglos diferentes cada una de ellas. La canción llegó a tener éxito internacionalmente, llegando a estar en las primeras posiciones en diversos países y a grabarse en otros idiomas.

Dream Lover es una maravillosa canción escrita e interpretada por el cantante y compositor estadounidense Bobby Darin que fue lanzada en 1959 llegando a las primeras posiciones en Estados Unidos y el Reino Unido. Como dato curioso, comentar que al piano estaba el cantante y pianista norteamericano Neil Sedaka. Siento especial admiración a la música de esta década y Bobby Darin es uno de sus mejores representantes.
