Both Sides Now

Both Sides Now es una de las canciones más conocidas de la cantante canadiense Joni Mitchell, compuesta en 1967, grabada por vez primera por la cantante estadounidense Judy Collins en 1968 para su álbum Wildflowers, consiguiendo llegar a las primeras posiciones en las listas de música de Estados Unidos y Canadá y por la que ganó un Premio Grammy a la Mejor Grabación Folk. En 1969 la grabó la propia Mitchell volviendo a re-grabarla en el 2000 en una versión orquestada. El tema ha tenido numerosas versiones a lo largo de los años, entre las que se encuentran las de artistas como Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Nana Mouskouri, Neil Diamond, Andy Williams, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Paul Anka, Ronan Keating y Lara Fabian entre otros. El músico estadounidense Peter Seeger hizo una versión en 1969 a la que añadió un cuarto verso a la canción y en 2012 la cantante Carly Rae Jepsen grabó una versión dándole un ritmo más fresco y actual a esta histórica canción.
