Guess You Could Say I’m In Love

I Said I Love You First…

Have I told you how I feel lately?Like a pretty pin-up girl alwaysI believe that love is real, take meTo the edge until I'm yours, I'll wait

And I don't wanna cry no moreI don't wanna lie no moreI guess you could say I'm in loveAnd I don't wanna cry no moreI don't wanna die no moreI guess you could say I'm in love

Have I told you how I feel lately?Like a hero in those old moviesI believe that love is real, too sweetTo be anything but yours always

And I don't wanna cry no moreI don't wanna lie no moreI guess you could say I'm in loveAnd I don't wanna cry no moreI don't wanna die no moreI guess you could say I'm in love

Ooh-oohGuess you could say I'm in loveOoh-oohGuess you could say I'm in love

My friends, they wanna take me to the moviesI tell 'em to fuck off, I'm holding hands with my depressionAnd right when I think I've overcome itAnxiety starts kicking in to teach that shit a lessonOh, I try my best just to be socialI make all these plans with friends and hope they call and cancelThen I overthink about the things I'm missingNow I'm wishing I was with 'em

Feel like I'm always apologizing for feelingLike I'm out of my mind when I'm doing just fineAnd my exes all say that I'm hard to deal withAnd I admit it, yeah

But all my friends, they don't know what it's like, what it's likeThey don't understand why I can't sleep through the nightI've been told that I could take something to fix itDamn, I wish it, I wish it was that simple, ahAll my friends they don't know what it's like, what it's like

Always wanted to be one of those people in the roomThat says something and everyone puts their hand upLike, "If you're sad put your hand upIf you hate someone, put your hand upIf you're scared, put your hand up"

Feel like I'm always apologizing for feelingLike I'm out of my mind when I'm doing just fineAnd my exes all say that I'm hard to deal withAnd I admit it, it's true

But all my friends, they don't know what it's like, what it's likeThey don't understand why I can't sleep through the nightAnd I thought that I could take something to fix itDamn, I wish it, I wish it was that simple, ahAll my friends they don't know what it's like, what it's like

I got all these thoughts, running through my mindAll the damn time and I can't seem to shut it offI think I'm doing fine most of the timeI think that I'm alright, but I can't seem to shut it offI got all these thoughts, running through my mindAll the damn time and I can't seem to shut it offI think I'm doing fine most of the timeI say that I'm alright, but I can't seem to shut it offShut it, shut it, yeah

But all my friends, they don't know what it's like, what it's likeThey don't understand why I can't sleep through the nightI've been told that I could take something to fix itDamn, I wish it, I wish it was that simple, ahAll my friends they don't know what it's like, what it's like

Li-i-i-i-ikeWhat it's like, what it's likeHmm-mm-mm, mmmWhat it's likeI love this song
