La nave del olvido es una preciosa canción escrita por el compositor argentino Dino Ramos y que popularizó el cantante mexicano José José. Ha tenido muchas versiones a lo largo de todos estos años como son las de Cristian Castro dentro de su álbum de 2019 que llevó por título Gracias Príncipe, El más grande tributo a José José, Marco Antonio Solís y Mirtha Pérez entre otros muchos, pero hay una versión que hace en 2020 la actriz y cantante Flora Martínez que me tiene totalmente hipnotizada.

Flora consigue darle un ritmo jazzistico y una frescura que hace que no puedas dejar de escucharla.

Fallin´ All In You es una preciosa canción del cantante y compositor canadiense Shawn Mendes escrita junto al músico y cantante británico Ed Sheeran y que aparece dentro de su álbum de 2018 que se lleva por título el nombre del propio artista. Un tema que dio que hablar (tristemente) al suponer que trata de una relación entre dos hombres, por lo que se especuló si podía ser autobiográfica la letra y se cuestionó su sexualidad.

Parece mentira, pero en pleno siglo XXI en vez de tener la mente más abierta vamos hacia a atrás, cada vez más cerrados de mente y menos tolerantes.

Y yo me pregunto... ¿y que más da con quien se acuesta y se levanta cada persona? Podemos dejar de etiquetar y señalar y vivir y dejar vivir en libertad a todas las personas, podemos ser libres para sentir y decirlo sin tener que ocultarse de miradas ajenas y dedos acusadores.

She Works Hard for the Money es una fantástica canción de la cantante y compositora estadounidense Donna Summer que fue lanzado en 1983 como primer sencillo del álbum que llevó el mismo título. El tema, llegó a las primeras posiciones en las listas de música de Estados Unidos. Una canción que trata del esfuerzo y el trabajo de una mujer trabajadora para conseguir dinero y poder vivir con un trabajo precario y pésimas condiciones.

La canción está inspirada, según la propia Donna, al ir al baño de un restaurante dónde se encontró a una camarera que se había quedado dormida en el baño. Al despertarla para saber si se encontraba bien, la camarera le indicó que se había quedado dormida porque tenía dos trabajos para poder sobrevivir y que estaba agotada. sin duda, la canción es un homenaje a todas las mujeres trabajadoras que luchan por salir adelante a costa de muchos sacrificios y mucho esfuerzo.
