Monsters es una emotiva e intensa canción del cantante inglés James Blunt, escrita por el propio Blunt, Amy Wadge y Jimmy Hogarth, y que fue lanzada como cuarto sencillo de su álbum de 2019 que lleva por título Once Upon a Mind. El cantante y compositor ha donado todas las ganancias que se obtengan de la canción a las organizaciones benéficas Help For Heroes y British Legion. El tema está dedicado a su padre, quien está atravesando por una difícil enfermedad renal crónica en fase 4.

En 2023 James Blunt lanza una nueva y preciosa versión junto al ganador de la edición 21 de American Idol, el cantante estadounidense Iam Tongi, la cual interpretó en su audición y se volvió viral siendo el video de las audiciones más visto del programa en YouTube, una audición que desbordaba emociones con una interpretación inmensamente conmovedora ya que Ian había perdido unos meses antes a su padre a causa de una enfermedad renal.
