That's My Desire

To spend one night with you
In our old rendezvous,And reminisce with you
That's my desire
To meet where gypsies play,
Down in that dim cafe,And dance 'till break of day
That's my desire
We'll sip a little glass of wine,
I'll gaze into your eyes divineI'll feel the touch of your lips
Pressing on mine
To hear you whisper low
Just when it's time to go,Cherie, I love you so,
That's my desire

To hear you whisper low
Just when it's time to go,Cherie, I love you so,
That's my desire

Rockin' Chair

I'm older than I wish to beThis town holds no more for meAll my life I try to find another wayI don't care for your attitudeYou bring me down I think you're rudeAll my life I try to make a better day

It's hard enough being aloneSitting here by the phoneWaiting for my memoriesTo come and play

It's hard enough sitting thereRockin' in your rockin' chairIt's all too much for me to takeWhen you're not there

It's hard enough being aloneSitting here by the phoneWaiting for my memoriesTo come and play

It's hard enough sitting thereRockin' in your rockin' chairIt's all too much for me to takeWhen you're not there
